Renoise is the worlds premier tracker software.  This is a demo that will ask you to have a license before you can save.  All the demo songs work great except 1 or 2 so theres plenty to work with.  Im not a Renoise user but i have respect for users and i know there are many pathways and tricks that you can achieve with trackers.  Renoise is not expensive either.  Gotta appreciate that!  You should be able to access midi and plugins, audio i/o from any of your hardware.  Jack is a requirement however.
